Calendar View
- An easy to use calendar view to quickly access all the daily features
- Continuous week displayed across months to let you easily see your workouts per week
- Color-coded indicators for workouts, meals, and measurements
- Log your meal times for each day with a few simple clicks
- Identify the days that you completed your workouts
Setup
- Add/Edit/Delete Exercises for use in your Routines
- Auto-generate a complete set of Exercises using "Add Defaults"
- Manage a complete set of Routines to be used for your daily Workouts
- Sort the Exercises in your Routines in your preferred order
Day Views
- Enter three types of data for each day: Daily Workout Exercises, Food data, and Body Measurements
- Quickly set up each day's Workout Routine by selecting from pre-defined exercises and routines
- Record your daily mealtimes and other food information such as the number of calories and/or meal description

- View Body Fat Target Table for Men or Women to identify your healthy range
- Calculations based on data of the currently selected day
- Calculates "what-if" scenarios. Provide data from a friend, or to run some "what-if" scenarios (e.g. what if I was 10 pounds lighter, or when I get a year older?)

- A variety of reports are provided to allow you to track your progress towards your goals
